Material of invoice holders  

The invoice holders are made of paper. We use sturdy paper between 250-300 grs. so that the paper invoice holder is sustainable and has a good appearance. In terms of material, we use (recycled) kraft paper in white, brown or black or a mix of both, also called duplex paper. We can also laminate the invoice holders made of white paper with a gloss or matt laminate.

Use of invoice holders

The paper invoice holder gives a luxurious and neat appearance when opening a webshop order. This is also called the unboxing experience. Most invoice holders are neatly placed on top or at the bottom of the order in the shipping box. After the consumer has opened the shipping box and has removed his / her order, the invoice holder is then picked up to check the webshop order. The sender usually places the following documents in the paper invoice holder: 
  • Invoice of the webshop order; 
  • Packing slip of the webshop order; 
  • Return form; 
  • Thank you card; 
  • Flyer with a discount code.

Models from invoice holders

The paper invoice holders can be produced in different models. We generally produce three widely used models: 
  • The paper invoice holder that you open like a book. On the inside of the invoice holder is an insertion corner where you can easily fold and insert your A4 documentation. 
  • The paper invoice holder that is open on one side (the top) of the holder. By means of the thumb hole on the top allows you to easily remove the documents. 
  • Paper invoice holders with a Japanese closure. The Japanese clasp is attached to the flap and can easily be closed by the drawstring around the circle. A nice eye-catcher as an invoice holder!
