Use of non-woven bags

The non-woven bags are used in many different ways. The use often depends on the version and format. A flat bag without a bottom or side fold is mainly used to give away at a fair or event. In addition, the bag with a bottom and side fold is suitable for packing shoe boxes, to give in clothing stores or to use as a shopping bag. The strong non-woven material ensures that the bag can be used again and again. The material does not wear out quickly, which makes the choice for a non-woven bag a sustainable choice. Non-woven bags are partly made from recycled material. Do you want to go that little bit further? Then choose a non-woven shopper made entirely from recycled material. The minimum circulation for this is 5,000 pieces. Both variants are 100% recyclable.

Printing non-woven bags

Non-woven bags are available in many different material colours. By using a material colour of your choice, you can match the bag to your brand or company. We can print these bags in any desired PANTONE® colour. This can be done in the side fold, the cover of the bag and on the front and back of the non-woven shopper. We print these non-woven shoppers using a screen-printing technique. In this way your design or logo will be printed in a full and clear colour. It is possible to print the non-woven bags in full colour. With this you can, for example, print an image on the bag. This is done by means of an offset printing technique. Do you want to give the bag a luxurious look? Then choose to print the bag on the front and back with a hotstamp. This is a foil that gives your design or logo a shiny look. You can also opt for embossing instead of printing. We can emboss in any desired colour and give the bag an original look. All this is possible from 500 pieces.

Material of non-woven bags

Printed non-woven bags can be produced in different qualities of non-woven material. The most common choice is 100 grams non-woven. If you choose a cheaper version, it is possible to have the bag made in 80 grams non-woven. To give the bag a more luxurious look and feel, you can make the bag in 120 or 150 grams non-woven material. This makes the bag feel firmer and lasts longer. The basic material of non-woven is polypropylene, these synthetic fibres are brought together and form a soft and strong material. You can choose from different standard colours of non-woven. Handles of non-woven bags

The non-woven bags can be made in any size. For example, you can opt for a flat bag, this is a bag without a bottom or side fold. This is the most affordable version. In addition, you can choose a bag with a bottom or side fold, this way the bag has a greater volume and the non-woven bag can be used for different purposes.

You can provide the bag with different types of handles. For example, you can opt for a punched-out handle. This is the cheapest option and is strong enough to carry light products, such as clothing or promotional items. To increase the carrying capacity, you can opt for non-woven handles. You can make these handles longer to use the bag as a shoulder bag.

Various finishes are possible to make the bag more luxurious or stronger. Consider, for example, adding a bottom inlay, this makes the bottom firmer and increases the load-bearing capacity. You can provide the bag with a press stud between the handles or, for example, a hang tag with your logo or barcode.
